Grew up on a country road some people think I'm trailer trash / but I never gave a fuck and I learned early how to mask / livin in my little world the music was the way I had / to try and get away from all the yelling from my mom and dad / started making tapes when I was 16 - even back then I did my own thing / let a mom and pop shop do consignment on my drop best believe them MFs did me dirty / but I never did stop kept it growing I ain't gotta prove shit cause it's showing / when you speak it from the heart people say you goin hard this is therapy I lose it when I'm flowing / I kick back and blow a bag like I'm thumbing thru the cash / I'm investing in myself cause I don't really need to flash / I'm investing in some stock cause I'ma be a good dad passin on a plot of land and a way to stack bands / got a hundred year plan hope I got a world to pass damn the kids are alright watch that old white man / they destroyed the old earth with a smile and a laugh but they had a nice suit so you say they ain't bad / FUCK THAT - I seen a devil do his dance hair lookin like a mat and they made a meme of that Uh-huh / I been a demon doin bad now I found a better path but the horns are growin back ah fuck / don't wanna be a mean man so surrounded by the klan I'ma smile shootin back pipe up / hellfire on that ass light em up smokin gas make peace with your past it's a must /
